Born and raised in Clay County, WV, by contractor parents, Ronald and Marie Haynes, Carrie grew up learning construction at M&H Concrete Structures, Inc., her father's bridge construction company. Graduating Co-Valedictorian from Clay County High School in 1993, she continued her education at West Virginia Wesleyan College and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting at the age of 20. She acquired the company known as C.L. Belt Construction and was in business for herself by the age of 23. The company has grown and evolved into present day ACCAD Corporation.

Todd Dunmire
Born in Buckhannon, WV, to Harry Dunmire, P.E., and his wife Sandy, Todd's passion for construction was kindled watching his Dad work in mining, construction, for the WVDEP, and finally retiring from WVDOH District Seven as a Highway Engineer. Todd Dunmire
Born in Buckhannon, WV, to Harry Dunmire, P.E., and his wife Sandy, Todd's passion for construction was kindled watching his Dad work in mining, construction, for the WVDEP, and finally retiring from WVDOH District Seven as a Highway Engineer. Harry also made valuable contributions to ACCAD as a Professional Engineer, approving and stamping engineering work calculated by Todd. Todd began in bridge construction in 1990 and continued into asphalt production and paving. Over the years, Todd has gained extensive experience in all aspects of highway construction in several States. After many years in management, Todd's greatest enjoyment is working in the field with our crews.
